01Who we are

Aainball is run by the AAINBALL Federation, India ("Aainball", "we", "us"). We promote the sport of Aainball through federations, clubs (Khelshala), events, a player ranking system, the Donate a Ball programme and an online store.

"You" means anyone who visits the site or app, registers as a player, member, volunteer, coach or visitor, buys tickets or products, or donates.

02Your account

• Give true, current and complete details when you register, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people without their permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, gives false information or harms other users.

03Children and young players

Many Aainball players are under 18. A parent or legal guardian must register a child, agree to these terms on the child’s behalf and supervise the account. For children in the Anganwadi / Donate a Ball programme, details are added by the Anganwadi worker with the guardian’s consent.

04Registrations, fees and payments

• Some registrations (player, member, franchise) and event tickets have a fee. The amount is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You will get a confirmation and receipt by email.
• A registration is complete only after the payment succeeds and the details pass our checks.

05Cancellations and refunds

• Registration fees are not refundable once your registration is approved.
• Event tickets can be refunded only if we cancel or postpone the event. In that case we refund the ticket price to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, write to aainballindia@gmail.com within 30 days and we will fix it.
• Store orders follow the return rules shown on the product and order pages.

06KKR wallet and points

KKR is the in-platform credit used for donations, activities and rewards. KKR has no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the platform or exchanged for money, and may expire or be adjusted if it was added by mistake or through misuse. Player ranking points are awarded by match officials and may be corrected after review.

07Donations (Donate a Ball)

Donations help us send balls and kits to children. Once a donation is confirmed it is not refundable, except for duplicate or mistaken payments. We share a receipt and, where possible, updates about the children your donation supports.

08Photos and content you share

• You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload (profile photos, banners, overviews, blog posts).
• You allow us to show them on Aainball websites, apps, social media and printed material about the sport, with credit where practical.
• Only upload content you have the right to share. No offensive, misleading, violent or illegal content, and no photos of other people without their permission.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules.

09Events and conduct

At matches and events, follow the rules of the game, the instructions of referees and organisers, and basic sportsmanship. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who puts others at risk. Taking part in sport carries some risk of injury; you take part at your own risk and should make sure you are fit to play.

10Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services. For example, do not try to break into accounts or systems, scrape data, send spam, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the platform for anything unlawful.

11Our name and content

The Aainball name, logo, designs, text and software belong to us or our partners. You may share links and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.

12Liability

We work hard to keep the services available and accurate, but we provide them "as is" and cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the last 12 months.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you by email or a notice on the site. Using the services after a change means you accept the new terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Delhi, India.
